1. Services

Through the Website, the Seller offers the Customer an online catalog presenting and sincerely describing the Services.

The Services are presented and described with the greatest possible accuracy, but for informational purposes only. Therefore, in the event of errors or omissions in the presentation or description of any Service offered by the Seller, the Seller’s liability cannot be held accountable for such issues.

The Services are offered subject to availability for each of them.

The Seller emphasizes the need for any potential Customer to verify, before ordering the Service, their ability to benefit from it, taking all necessary precautions based on their health status, so that the Seller’s liability cannot be invoked in the event of any incident or accident suffered by the Customer in question.

2. Contract

By making a booking with Elle Explore, we will connect you with the relevant Supplier(e.g., tour operator, accommodation provider) for the services you book. Elle Explore’s role is to act as an intermediary agent. Your contract will be with the Supplier, and their terms and conditions will apply to your booking.

Please ensure you review the Supplier/Principal’s terms, as they may limit or exclude their liability.

2. Booking & Payment for Your Arrangements

To secure your booking, you must pay a deposit as required by the Supplier/Principal, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

Full payment must be made according to the due date provided. Should the balance not be paid by the specified date, the Supplier/Principal reserves the right to cancel your booking and apply any cancellation fees set forth in their terms.

We will pass on the payment and issue you with a Booking Confirmation on behalf of the Supplier. At this point, a binding contract between you and the Supplier will exist. Please check that all informations are correct on receipt of the Booking Confirmation and advise us of any errors as soon as possible.

3. Prices

The applicable prices and taxes related to the sale of the services are specified in the online catalog.

The prices listed are indicative and include all taxes, which are included in the displayed price as of the day of consultation. The price may differ from the one considered at the time of the Customer’s order.

Unless otherwise stated in the description, the price displayed for each service is a fixed price and does not include:

The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time by publishing them online. Only the prices in effect at the time of the Customer’s order will apply, subject to the availability of the Services at that date.

Any change in taxes (such as VAT, air taxes, etc.) will be reflected in the price of the Services at the time of the order or retroactively, depending on legal provisions.

However, no price modification may be applied within thirty (30) days preceding the planned departure date for Customers who have already definitively placed an order.

4. Insurance

We highly recommend you to purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected situations, including cancellations, accidents, illness, loss of baggage, and other contingencies. Insurance may also be a condition of booking with some Suppliers. Please review the terms of any recommended or required insurance policies.

5. Special Requests

Any special requests should be communicated to us at the time of booking. While we will forward these requests to the Supplier, we cannot guarantee their fulfillment, and no liability will be accepted if such requests are not met.

6. Changes & Cancellations by You

Any cancellation or amendment must be communicated via email to admin@elleexplore.com. We will forward your request to the relevant Supplier, but cannot guarantee that they will accept such changes. You may be subject to cancellation fees, and administrative fees.

7. Changes & Cancellations by the Supplier

In the unlikely event that a Supplier needs to make significant changes or cancellations to your booking, we will inform you as soon as possible and facilitate alternative arrangements. However, Elle Explore cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from changes or cancellations by the Suppliers.

If you have any concerns or complaints regarding your arrangements, you must address them directly with the Supplier. In the event that you wish to complain about services provided by Elle Explore (i.e., our booking service), please contact us directly.

9. Travel to Your Trip

Elle Explore does not provide flights or travel arrangements to the destination of your booking. It is your responsibility to make your own travel arrangements. We may assist in connecting you with other guests for shared transport options, but any such arrangements are at your discretion and remain your responsibility.

10. Accommodation Ratings and Standards

All accommodation ratings and standards are provided by the Supplier. Please be aware that ratings may vary between countries and Suppliers. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of these ratings.

11. Excursions

Excursions or tours that you book separately from your main arrangements are not included in your contract with Elle Explore or the Supplier/Principal. These are separate contracts with the excursion operator, and Elle Explore has no responsibility for the provision of such services.

12. Fitness to Travel and Medical Conditions

If you or any member of your group has a medical condition or disability that may affect your ability to participate in the arrangements, please inform us prior to booking. The Supplier may require medical certificates to confirm fitness for travel. We will do our best to accommodate special needs, but the Supplier may refuse to confirm your booking if they are unable to meet these needs.

13. Financial Protection

For bookings involving package holidays, financial protection is provided by the Supplier. We will provide you with confirmation outlining the protection available and who to contact in case of any issues.

14. Your Behaviour

You and your party are expected to conduct yourselves in an orderly manner. If your behaviour disrupts the enjoyment of others or causes issues during your trip, the Supplier has the right to terminate your booking. In such a case, no refunds will be given, and you may be required to pay for any damage or losses caused by your actions.

15. Our Responsibility

Elle Explore’s responsibility is limited to acting as an agent for the Supplier. We are not responsible for the actual provision of your travel arrangements or any issues that may arise from them. If we are found liable, our maximum liability is limited to the commission earned on your booking.

16. Entry, Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all entry requirements, including passport, visa, health, and safety regulations. We will provide guidance, but the final responsibility rests with you to confirm all requirements and make the necessary arrangements for your trip.
